I didn't purchase a ticket online what do I do?
If you have arrived at the McCoy Cabin and you haven't purchase tickets online, please go to the ticket page and purchase tickets to our next available show. This may mean we don't have any available tickets for the current show or any shows that evening.
I have a ticket to the show, but the gate is shut.
If you are arriving to your purchased show and it's more than 15 minutes past the start time, please show your ticket to the gate attendant and they will open the gate. WE CAN'T EXTEND your show time. The ticket will only be good through the end time listed on your ticket.
What is the difference between the Twilight and Night show?
The Twilight Show will begin at 5:00 p.m. and run through 6:30 p.m. The parking area will open at 4:30 p.m., and will close promptly at 5:15 p.m. The ticket booth will begin admitting customers into the show at 5:00 p.m. ​​

The Night Show will begin at 7:00 p.m. and run through 8:30 p.m. The parking area will open at 6:45 p.m. and will close promptly at 7:15 p.m. The ticket booth will begin admitting customers into the show at 5:00 p.m.

What happens at end of the Twilight and Night shows.
The Twilight Show ends at 630pm, and customers are asked to depart the parking area no later than 645pm.​​

The Night Show ends at 830 pm and customers are asked to depart the parking area no later than 845pm.

I have purchased a season pass what are my options?
If you have purchased a season pass, then you just need to show the pass to the gate attendant, and they will let you into the parking area for either the Twilight or Night show. We request that you only attend one show per evening. We recommend that you arrived early to ensure that there is a spot available for you.
Will I be able to purchase tickets ahead of time?
For shows starting on November 28, 2025, tickets will only be sold online.
I can't find season passes for sale on the ticket page.
We have sold out of all season passes for the 2025.
How should I dress for Holly Jolly?
Wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes, preferably boots or sneakers, as the walking paths are gravel.
Do you offer group discounts?
No group discounts are offered at this time.
Will there be restrooms?
Yes, there will be portable restrooms located by the admissions shed.
How will I know if you will close due to weather?
Please check our webpage prior to visiting if we are expected bad weather. We will post on our annoucement section and Facebook page if we will be closing for a show.
May I bring my leashed pet?
Even though the event is outdoors, pets are not permitted on the premises. Email us at info@themccoycabin.com for exception requests.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as debit. Cash will be accepted at the food court.
